Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and develop a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to highlight the value of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Track all sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we provide full training for motivated candidates with no experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident phone presence.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong work ethic and the drive to achieve aggressive financial goals.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local San Jose area.
