Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the New York area to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to demonstrate our products/services and close new business deals.
- Needs Analysis: Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sale and draft agreements to secure contracts that align with company goals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with existing accounts to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with zero experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Attitude: A self-motivated, energetic, and resilient personality with a strong desire to succeed.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the New York region to meet with clients (100% field-based role).
- Driver's License: Valid, clean driver’s license is required.
