Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients within the local Detroit market to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent communication.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand messaging.
- Track all sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; we provide full training.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory for local field sales.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- A hunger to succeed and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software (training provided).
