Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients within the Portland and New York territories.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and email outreach to generate new business leads.
- Present company solutions to prospective customers and overcome objections effectively.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales scripts and strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous sales experience is not required – we prioritize attitude and hunger over experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and a strong desire to learn.
