Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients, highlighting unique value propositions.
- Qualify leads and accurately update customer data in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure customer retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, drive, and a competitive nature.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM software quickly.
