Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through targeted outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Build rapport with prospects to understand needs and present tailored solutions
- Execute sales cycles from prospecting to closing using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to nurture leads and optimize conversion rates
- Exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, meetings booked, and revenue
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales methodology workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years sales/customer experience (internships welcome)
