Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to qualified leads in the New York metro area.
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage the sales pipeline and track activity.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify pain points and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly quotas.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients for long-term growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Proven ability to cold call and generate own leads.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local networking.
