- Exceed monthly sales quotas with 15+ closed deals per quarter
- Collaborate with marketing to refine prospecting strategies
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and activity documentation
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and coaching sessions

Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of 120%+ quota achievement
- Expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
