Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for climate tech innovations targeting 2026 sustainability milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and deploying scalable green technology solutions
- Identify emerging climate tech trends and translate them into actionable business opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions, NGOs, and industry leaders
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons focused on carbon reduction and circular economy models
- Present breakthrough concepts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of sustainable experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in climate tech, sustainability innovation, or green technology development
- Proven track record of launching at least two scalable climate solutions
- Expertise in carbon accounting, circular economy frameworks, and ESG compliance
- Strong background in agile methodologies and innovation management
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of climate policy landscape and emerging regulatory trends
- Certification in sustainable innovation or carbon management (e.g., LEED, GRI)
