Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end decarbonization roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead development of AI-driven carbon footprint analytics and predictive modeling systems
- Drive adoption of blockchain-enabled supply chain transparency solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with regulators and industry bodies for 2026 compliance frameworks
- Manage $5M+ sustainability portfolios with P&L responsibility
- Present to C-suite executives on ESG strategy and ROI of green initiatives
- Mentor a team of 8 sustainability consultants and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability consulting or corporate ESG leadership
- Proven expertise in carbon accounting standards (GHG Protocol, SASB)
- Advanced certification in LEED or GRI reporting frameworks
- Experience scaling sustainability tech platforms (e.g., Watershed, Persefoni)
- Deep understanding of 2026 climate regulations (SEC, EU CSRD, TCFD)
- Strong data modeling skills with Python/R and SQL
- Executive presence with track record of influencing C-suite decisions
- MBA or Master's in Environmental Science/Sustainability preferred
