- Identify Emerging Tech: Monitor global trends in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Web3 to anticipate market disruptions.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives and partner with engineering teams to prototype future-ready solutions.
- Executive Leadership: Collaborate with the C-suite to align cross-functional teams on long-term goals and cultural shifts.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex future strategies to investors, board members, and employees with clarity and conviction.
Qualifications
- Executive Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior leadership roles, preferably within high-growth tech or strategic consulting.
- Strategic Foresight: Proven ability to analyze data and forecast long-term market trends with high accuracy.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of upcoming technologies (AI, Automation, Digital Transformation) and their business applications.
