Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members to inform high-stakes decisions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future challenges
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at premier global forums
- Mentor internal teams in strategic foresight methodologies and future literacy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published author or recognized thought leader in futurism or innovation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future-proofing strategies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
