Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's comprehensive AI roadmap leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning) and assess their commercial viability.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align high-level AI initiatives with long-term business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of AI solutions into our core product ecosystem to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Build and mentor a world-class team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI ethicists.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure responsible and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation or AI adoption initiatives.
- Deep technical understanding of neural networks, NLP, and modern ML frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and forecast industry trends.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- A Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
