Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead research in quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-generation AI governance
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to simulate human cognition models
- Publicate findings in Nature/Science and top-tier AI conferences
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in our AI incubator program
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants through strategic proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of research experience in deep learning or quantum computing
- Published work in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in statistical modeling and Bayesian inference
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, ACM Code)
- Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary research initiatives
