Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product cycle, aligning with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype next-gen technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing concepts, Spatial Computing) to determine feasibility for enterprise integration.
- Architecture Governance: Establish architectural standards that ensure scalability, security, and performance for future growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and research sprints focused on solving complex, forward-looking challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure), and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies before they become mainstream.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
