Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration in post-2026 industries
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI-human interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technological disruptors
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to optimize AI algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI strategy or research leadership roles
- Published work on human-AI interaction or future technology forecasting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Experience securing federal innovation grants or corporate R&D funding
- Portfolio of implemented AI solutions with measurable impact
