Responsibilities
- Design and deploy next-gen AI frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance protocols
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech disruptions (quantum, bio-AI, neuromorphic)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on AI safety research initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in our AI Ethics Fellowship program
- Patent breakthrough AI methodologies with our IP legal team
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on neural networks or quantum ML
- Proven track record in deploying LLM systems at enterprise scale
- Deep understanding of AGI safety frameworks and alignment techniques
- Expertise in predictive modeling for complex socio-technical systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
- Experience advising UN/WEF technology policy committees
