Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or machine learning governance
- Expertise in fairness metrics, interpretability techniques, and bias mitigation algorithms
- Strong background in policy development and regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Experience with AI model auditing frameworks (e.g., IBM's AI Fairness 360)
- Deep understanding of ethical theories (utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Published research in AI ethics or related fields
