Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics frameworks aligned with ISO 38507 and upcoming 2026 regulatory standards
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias mitigation and algorithmic fairness
- Design ethical impact assessments for generative AI deployments in high-stakes industries
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed privacy-by-design principles in AI development lifecycles
- Shape corporate AI governance policies and board-level ethical reporting mechanisms
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and regulatory policy discussions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven expertise in implementing ethical AI frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
- Experience conducting algorithmic bias audits and developing mitigation strategies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications on AI security
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Stanford HAI)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
