Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Policy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or technology policy
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (IEEE, ACM, Asilomar Principles)
- Strong analytical skills for complex ethical and technical problem-solving
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
- Experience in fast-paced tech startup or research environment
