Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI applications
- Design transparent explainability protocols for complex neural networks
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development lifecycle
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Author whitepapers on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act requirements
- Proven track record of bias mitigation in ML systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with cross-functional AI development teams
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
- Published research on algorithmic accountability preferred
