- Establish governance protocols for AI deployment in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, autonomous vehicles)
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with C-suite executives and regulatory bodies
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and update compliance strategies proactively
- Author whitepapers on AI ethics best practices for industry conferences and publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Jurisprudence, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in ML fairness frameworks (e.g., IBM's AI Fairness 360, Google's What-If Tool)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, state-level laws)
- Proven experience conducting algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., Stanford HAI, DeepMind, or IEEE standards)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
