Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state roadmaps with executive stakeholders
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Translate future insights into actionable business priorities for product development and market expansion
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and investor community
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing long-term vision frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications (AI, blockchain, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
