Responsibilities

- Lead interdisciplinary R&D sprints to prototype future-facing solutions

- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Partner with policy think tanks to shape future regulatory landscapes
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design methodologies
- Quantify ROI of futuristic initiatives through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching paradigm-shifting products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate modeling
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (whitepapers/talks)
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams (100+ stakeholders)
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives implemented at scale
