Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap with measurable KPIs for innovation maturity
- Lead cross-functional task forces in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI development and deployment
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and integrate disruptive startups into our ecosystem
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Oversee creation of patent portfolios and IP protection strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Represent company at global technology forums and shape industry standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record of successfully implementing 5+ year technology transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling global innovation labs with $50M+ annual budgets
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism or equivalent demonstrable expertise
