- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead research in quantum computing, AI ethics, and neural interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to align technological innovation with business objectives
- Manage $15M+ R&D budget for future technology incubation projects
- Present foresight analyses to global stakeholders at industry conferences
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published author on technological disruption or exponential trends
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-AI, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative products to $100M+ revenue
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and systems architecture
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
