- Architect innovation pipelines integrating 3-5 year emerging tech roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using rapid iteration methods
- Author thought leadership publications on industry transformation trends
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in technology strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Published research on emerging technology adoption patterns (AI, Web3, AGI)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in futures research tools (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Track record of influencing C-suite strategy with future-focused insights
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for exponential technologies
- Certification in Foresight (ACF) or Innovation (CEI) preferred
