Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Present future insights to executive teams through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Author thought leadership pieces on technology evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in technology foresight, innovation strategy, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and validating emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation forums
