Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technology evolution paths through 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen AI/quantum/IoT solutions
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical tech adoption and digital sovereignty
- Partner with Stanford/MIT research labs on emerging tech commercialization
- Design resilient infrastructure blueprints for climate-challenged urban centers
- Curate annual 'FutureTech Summit' featuring global thought leaders
- Advise C-suite on regulatory implications of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Futurology/Systems Engineering
- 7+ years at tech frontier (quantum/AI/biotech) with productization track record
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech societal impact
- Expertise in scenario planning using Delphi method and horizon scanning
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Prolog preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on digital transformation strategy
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives with measurable ROI
