- Collaborate with R&D to incubate next-generation innovations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and system thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic foresight projects
- Certification in foresight or innovation management preferred
