Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Technology Vision aligned with company goals.

- Lead cross-functional workshops to define the technical roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technology investments.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps and delivering results in complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and predict future trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
