Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic planning with 5+ at director level
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and engineering
- Deep understanding of Web3, decentralized systems, and neurotechnology
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite/board experience
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MSc Engineering, or equivalent)
