Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging 2026 technology trends across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Develop strategic frameworks for 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable initiatives
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets and adjacent industries
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, renewable energy)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- MBA or advanced degree in Strategic Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and influencing high-stakes decisions
