Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and commercialize emerging technologies with 5-7 year market impact
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and innovation labs
- Author high-impact thought leadership content and executive briefings on future technology trends
- Design and execute horizon scanning systems to monitor disruptive signals across 15+ industries
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation strategists in predictive methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and C-level executives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future technology planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Strong network with global futurist communities and technology innovation hubs
- Presentation skills for executive audiences with data-driven storytelling ability
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Published author on future technologies or societal transformation trends
