Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with quantifiable impact projections for executive stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into 18-month roadmaps
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and industry panels
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and pattern recognition
- Strong proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in tech or consulting
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
