Responsibilities
- Architect and publish the 2026 Global Innovation Index with predictive modeling for 15+ industries
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Establish partnerships with 50+ academic institutions and government agencies for technology foresight
- Deliver quarterly executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in the 2026 landscape
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, climate, and technological disruptions
- Represent the company at 3+ global futurist conferences annually
- Mentor internal innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies or futures studies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Track record of influencing C-suite strategy in Fortune 500 environments
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in 2+ languages beyond English
