- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven forecasts on workforce automation and market evolution
- Design strategic innovation workshops for executive teams to prepare for 2026 operational challenges

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
