Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ market positioning and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof products and services
- Author visionary thought leadership publications and keynote presentations for industry forums
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and emerging tech startups
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organizational culture of anticipatory intelligence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating future insights into billion-dollar market opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and persuasive storytelling ability
- Published author or frequent speaker at Davos, TED, or equivalent high-impact forums
