Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Expertise in AI, biotech, climate resilience, or quantum computing
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
