Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic scenarios using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and futures research methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and industry disruption
- Oversee the innovation pipeline and resource allocation for 2026 strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech) and their business impacts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS certification) preferred
- Track record of publishing thought leadership in strategic foresight
