Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic roadmaps by synthesizing emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with socioeconomic shifts
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive forces and paradigm-shaking innovations
- Develop quantitative future-state models using predictive analytics and scenario planning frameworks
- Translate foresight into actionable business strategies for product development and market expansion
- Establish and maintain relationships with leading research institutions, venture capital firms, and innovation hubs
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Author thought-leadership publications positioning Nexus as the definitive voice on 2026+ trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of successfully predicting and capitalizing on emerging market trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
