Responsibilities

- Develop evidence-based scenario models and strategic roadmaps for 5+ year planning horizons
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future-ready innovation into current development cycles
- Present future outlook insights to executive stakeholders and cross-functional leadership forums
- Establish and maintain an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify future market opportunities through data-driven forecasting and trend analysis
- Champion organizational adoption of foresight methodologies and strategic agility practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional command of quantitative forecasting tools and qualitative research frameworks
- Demonstrated success translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ multi-year strategic roadmaps implemented in complex organizations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience with AI/ML impact assessment and exponential technology evaluation
