Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product leadership with proven track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
- Experience scaling initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ in innovation funding
