Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for 2026 Olympic Games initiatives, ensuring alignment with IOC standards and sustainability goals
- Manage cross-functional teams across logistics, technology, marketing, and operations to deliver on-time milestones
- Develop and control multi-million dollar budgets while optimizing resource allocation and risk mitigation
- Coordinate with international partners including host cities, sponsors, and broadcast partners to ensure seamless collaboration
- Implement innovative technologies including smart venue systems and digital engagement platforms
- Drive sustainability initiatives targeting carbon neutrality and circular economy principles
- Monitor KPIs and provide executive-level reporting on project progress and ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in large-scale event management with 3+ years in international projects
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential required
- Proven track record managing budgets exceeding $5M and teams of 50+ personnel
- Deep knowledge of Olympic regulations, FIFA standards, or similar international event frameworks
- Expertise in sustainability certifications (ISO 20121, GRI) and circular economy implementation
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience in multi-cultural environments
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, Asana) and data analytics tools
