Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with company's 10-year vision

- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in tech disruption
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy (MBA/MSc preferred)
