Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 innovation roadmap using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum interfaces, neural-AR, climate AI)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical frameworks for AI and automation implementation across sectors
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Tomorrow Leaders' program
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight qualification preferred
- Experience scaling innovation in regulated industries (healthcare, aerospace)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
