Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to commercialization for 2026 strategic initiatives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptors to identify competitive advantages
- Develop and present compelling business cases for futuristic projects securing $5M+ annual budgets
- Manage a portfolio of 8-12 high-impact innovation projects with global cross-functional teams
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for futuristic initiatives using predictive analytics
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or product development with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies and futurism methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futurism (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in fast-paced tech environments
- Certification in Design Thinking or Lean Startup methodology
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ transformative projects with measurable outcomes
