Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen products/services
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in forecasting models
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) a plus
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives
