- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and disruptive opportunities

- Oversee cross-functional project teams delivering breakthrough prototypes and MVPs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Biotech, or Web3
- Proven track record of launching successful products/services with $100M+ market impact
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing complex R&D budgets
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
