Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in emerging tech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, universities, and research institutions
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Manage innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful products/services with 2025+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Experience securing >$5M in innovation funding or R&D budgets
- Prior success in scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future-tech publications
